With over twenty-five years of experience in special and general education in the United States and internationally, I have worked with students at all levels, including those with neurodiverse needs. During COVID, I saw how organizational challenges, online learning, and social connections impacted student success, reinforcing the need for structured support. Although the pandemic created difficulties, it also highlighted the benefits of one-on-one online support, allowing for personalized guidance and meaningful progress. My work has focused on building systems that help students navigate academic and social transitions. As former students and my own children moved to college, they expressed the need for continued guidance. This led me to develop targeted support for high school-to-college transitions, ensuring students have the organization, structure, and confidence to succeed.
